Forwarding Service
1. Introduction
This is the home page for the Forwarding i-service specification and related information. Forwarding service enables XRI owners to assign their own Forwarding XRIs to Web-addressable resource to create a persistent link that never needs to change even if the resource moves or changes its name. 2. Current Specification
Note: XDI.org is currently setting up its own XRI forwarding service. Once in place, all XDI.org i-services specifications will be referenceable using a versioned XRI. Until then, following is the authoritative list.
The V1.0 specification is currently at the Working Draft level until i-broker interoperability testing is complete. See IbrokerCompliance.
